Shipping
We currently are only shipping within the USA and some to Canada. If you are looking to purchase and are from Canada please contact me before making any purchase. Most orders are shipped via FedEx Redline shipping. Shipping charges will vary based on your location. Flat rate shipping within the USA is $65. Multiple orders may be qualified free shipping. Majority of the time I ship out on Tuesday and Wednesday. Shipping is weather dependent of a daytime high below 85 and a night time low of above 40 on both my end and receiving end. Gecko’s safety comes first. I hold the right to request shipping to a hub for pickup if necessary.

Live Arrival Guarantee
We offer 7 days health guarantee on the animals. I ship only to Fed Ex hubs currently. I will accommodate in some cases for ship to your door. In the event we ship to your door, someone must be present at the designated shipping address for the FIRST delivery attempt. You must notify me within 1 hour of the animal’s arrival. If no one is present at the designated shipping address at the designated delivery time or you did not notify us when the animal has arrived, the live arrival guarantee is void. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any sort of damages incurred as a result of an incorrect address or delays on the behalf of the carrier. Unboxing video is also required for a DOA refund. We will ship when we are able to and coordinate with buyer best time to ship.

Gecko Tails
We do not offer a guarantee on gecko tails during shipping. Geckos dropping their tail is a completely natural process and does not harm or devalue the animal at all. Tail drops during shipping are very rare but can happen.

Sexing Policy / Pore Sexing
If the gecko is stated as definitively male or female are guaranteed to be said sex. Geckos under 20g will be pore sexed. This is NOT A GUARANTEE of the eventual sex of the gecko. I strongly suggest you loupe the gecko upon arrival!!!

Pore sexed will be listed as the following:
No Pores Visible (No pore visible at the time)
Possible Pores Visible (Possible pore or possible pseudo pore or no pore)
Pore Visible (Visible pore or visible pseudo pore)
Possible Female (Usually refers to juvenile geckos with no pore, but also it doesn’t guarantee sex)

Payment Methods
We accept Pay Pal, Venmo, or Zelle payment over the phone/text. All payments must clear before any shipments will be scheduled. We currently are not accepting payment plans.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns.

Additional Disclaimer

We reserve the right the refuse business with anyone we find unfit. Our primary goal is the well being of the animal, if we feel buyer is not capable of providing proper care and health for the animal we will refuse business.
